Marion Simmons has been a member of the McIntyre Team for more than 7 years. Prior to this time, she had worked in various positions, including management, at local insurance companies and also in the banking industry, all in this community. These previous positions have given her a solid background in servicing clients, which enhance her ability to look after the team’s clients in the capacity of Office Administrator. 

As a licensed associate, Marion provides knowledge of the area and the market. She is an effective negotiator, whether for you as a buyer or as a seller, and looks forward to assisting you with all your real estate needs.

Marion has lived in the Kitchener-Waterloo area for most of her life. She has raised 3 children here. The oldest daughter lives in Hamilton with her 2 boys and her son in London. The youngest daughter is currently in Ottawa completing her last year of law school and hopes to practise in British Columbia.

With the time invested in this community, Marion has good knowledge of everything this area has to offer by way of education, shopping and neighbourhoods. Now living in her seventh property (she acted as General Contractor in the construction of her second), she is sympathetic about the stress that comes from either selling or buying a home and all that a move entails. Marion strives to make the transition as painless as possible in both her roles within the team.
